        "Description": "The northern auroral electrojet (SAE) index is constructed from 9 ground magnetometers in the northern auroral region. This data set contains a northern auroral electrojet (NAE) index, a northern auroral lower (NAL) index, and a northern auroral upper (NAU) index. Availability of the NAE index may vary from day to day depending upon magnetometer data availabiliy. NAE indices were only produced when data from all stations were available. This data set is nearly conjugate to the SAE index. Details on the magnetometer arrays are available at: Weygand, J.M., and E.
