"Mapping plots" show annually averaged color-coded fluxes of 
0.3-0.95, 0.95-2.5 and &gt;2.5 MeV electrons, plotted in a radial
distance vs. latitude projected into a common meridional plane.
Lines of constant McIlwain-L parameter are superposed.  "Flux 
plots" show color-coded fluxes of &gt;2.5 MeV electrons vs. 
McIlwain-L and time,with each plot covering one full year.</Description>
