"Description": "The IBEX Background Monitor (IBaM) measures the\nflux of >~14 keV protons at 0.24s time resolution in a 7-deg (FWHM)\nconical viewing angle. IBaM is housed with, and coaligned (normal\nto the IBEX spin axis) with, the IBEX-Hi instrument. The IBEX spin\nperiod is ~15 sec. IBaM and IBEX-Hi use identical detectors\n(channel-electron multipliers) and share a similar electronics\ndesign. See Sp.Sci.Rev. (2009) 146:105-115.",
