      <Description>The SDO (Solar Dynamics Observatory) AIA
(Atmospheric Imaging Assembly) is a battery of four telescopes 
designed to image the dynamic solar atmosphere in multiple 
different wavelengths to link changes in the surface to those 
in the interior. Data will include images of the Sun that span 
at least 1.3 solar diameters in 10 wavelengths (7 EUV and 
3 UV-visible channels) nearly simultaneously, at a resolution 
of about 1 arcsec and at a cadence of 10 seconds or better
