"Description": "The UARS Solar Stellar Irradiance Comparison Experiment\n(SOLSTICE) measured the solar spectrum in the 115-650 nm range with a 10%\nor better absolute accuracy. An Ebert-Fastie spectrometer with an 0.15 nm\nresolution was used. Stellar spectra were also measured to monitor\npossible instrumental variability. Solar variability of 1-2% was reliably\ndetermined.",
